Cold chilled air outside
Brightly shining spheres of gas
Fascinates watchers
My Lord and my God
I climb your holy mountain
To enter your house

Inspired by Isaiah 1 & 2
The presence the silence
If you will fall backward
And stare, looking upward
Truly you arrive toward
The greatest of real sense
Peace and serenity
Glittering beckoning
Singing all of the play
If you would start to pray
A voice does sweetly say
Heard by those listening
Making serenity
Left wanton for mountain
Politely we have climbed
Beautifully we mimed
To praise the one who rhymed
Who is our fountain
Source of serenity
If you will fall backward
And stare, looking upward
Truly you arrive toward
The greatest of real sense
Peace and serenity
Glittering beckoning
Singing all of the play
If you would start to pray
A voice does sweetly say
Heard by those listening
Making serenity
Left wanton for mountain
Politely we have climbed
Beautifully we mimed
To praise the one who rhymed
Who is our fountain
Source of serenity

About
As this is my first blog, please be kind. This is a blog that I will attempt to post something to, perhaps random stuff (well, probably random stuff) every day for Advent 2010. This is to help me prepare for the entry of Christ into the world at Christmas. Maybe something that I post will help a lost soul or a confused soul, or cause a soul to become lost or confused (this is more likely). I plan to have at least a little fun. Criticism is encouraged as long as it is polite and sensible.
May God bless,
